House Rules We want you to feel at home while also keeping things safe, comfortable, and respectful for everyone. Please take a moment to review these guidelines: 🕒 Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4 PM or later (unless we’ve made other arrangements). Check-out: By 11 AM, so we can prepare for the next guests. 🏡 Respect the Property No smoking or vaping indoors.  Only flush toilet paper and waste. Sanitary items, wipes, cotton pads, condoms, etc. can block the toilet and clearing it will be at your expense. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises No parties, events, photo/film shoots unless approved ahead of time. Due to liability, only registered guests are allowed on the property. No firearms or weapons. No camping No trespassing on neighbors' properties Do not rearrange the furniture. 🔇 Noise & Neighbors Quiet hours: 9 PM – 10 AM. Please keep outdoor gatherings and music at a reasonable level. 🐾 Pets (if applicable) Pets must be approved before arrival. Always clean up after your pet. No pets on furniture or bedding, please. 🛟 Safety First No glass near the Pond or fire pit. Children must be supervised especially around the pond at all times. Follow all posted instructions for fire pit use. 🧹 Cleanliness Please leave the space tidy. Place trash and recycling in the outdoor bins provided. Let us know right away about any damage or issues. 💡 Energy Use Turn off lights, heat/AC, and appliances when not in use or when leaving. Keep windows/doors closed if heat or AC is running. 🧺 Laundry & Towels Swimming towels are provided—please don’t use bath towels outside. You may use the washer/dryer, but please follow posted instructions. 📋 Other No illegal activity on the property. Reach out anytime if you need help—we’re happy to assist! Break something?  We completely understand that sometimes things break. Your stay is covered under Airbnb’s booking insurance for these kinds of situations. All we ask is that you let us know about any damage or breakages before you leave, so we have time to repair or replace items for the next guests. If something does need replacing, we’ll send you a receipt for the cost, which can be easily settled via Venmo. Thank you for helping us keep everything in great shape for everyone!

The only area off-limits is the beautifully restored barn." The bed setup at Golden lane is as follows. - Primary suite with King bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath - 2nd bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/bath - Mezzanine bedroom with sliding doors to shut it off from the main room with Queen bed and shared bathroom with shower and bath - 3rd bedroom with King bed and shared bathroom with shower and bath - Up Spiral stairs to upstairs open loft in Tv room with King bed and shared downstairs bathroom.
