The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for crafting gourmet meals, while the state-of-the-art heating and cooling system ensures optimal comfort throughout the year. A new pool was installed recently which adds a whole other aspect to the enjoyment to have at this house. The high-end Swedish wood-burning fireplace, complete with glass panels for easy access, combines style and functionality. After a day of adventure, unwind in the sanitized hot tub, which offers a serene view of the surrounding woods. To maintain the pristine condition of the home, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entry; slippers are provided to ensure your comfort on the 100-year-old barn wood floors. Plush robes are also available for added warmth after enjoying the hot tub or shower. Additionally, feel free to explore your musical side with the drum kit located in front of the bedroom—it’s there for your enjoyment! Please note that if your pets are accepted, we ask they do not lay on beds or furnishings and that you provide their own bed for them. ** Please note that the exterior landscaping has been intentionally designed to feel natural and intentionally “un-manicured” and will change from what you may see in the listing pictures according to the seasons.

** Please note that due to allergies, all dogs must be approved by the owner , and no cats or other animals are permitted. ** The house has no curtains or blinds ** The house does have exterior security cameras *The house is about 15 - 20 minutes to the closest stores so we suggest you arrive with food and drinks as once you have arrives you wont want to leave. * As we welcome winter, we'd like to inform you that the colder weather often invites some uninvited guests such as field mice and bugs into our homes. Please rest assured that these little visitors are harmless and do not pose any health risks. We have taken preventive measures to minimize their presence, but if you happen to spot one, kindly understand that it's a part of the seasonal transition. Our team is always ready to assist, and your comfort and safety remain our top priorities.

No firearms or weapons. No camping No trespassing on neighbors' properties Do not rearrange the furniture. 🔇 Noise & Neighbors Quiet hours: 9 PM – 10 AM. Please keep outdoor gatherings and music at a reasonable level. 🐾 Pets (if applicable) Pets must be approved before arrival. Always clean up after your pet. No pets on furniture or bedding, please. 🛟 Safety First No glass near the pool, hot tub, or fire pit. Children must be supervised at all times. Follow all posted instructions for pool, hot tub, or fire pit use. 🧹 Cleanliness Please leave the space tidy. Place trash and recycling in the outdoor bins provided. Let us know right away about any damage or issues. 💡 Energy Use Turn off lights, heat/AC, and appliances when not in use or when leaving. Keep windows/doors closed if heat or AC is running. 🧺 Laundry & Towels Pool towels are provided—please don’t use bath towels outside. You may use the washer/dryer, but please follow posted instructions. 📋 Other No illegal activity on the property. Reach out anytime if you need help—we’re happy to assist! Break something?  We completely understand that sometimes things break. Your stay is covered under Airbnb’s booking insurance for these kinds of situations. All we ask is that you let us know about any damage or breakages before you leave, so we have time to repair or replace items for the next guests. If something does need replacing, we’ll send you a receipt for the cost, which can be easily settled via Venmo. Thank you for helping us keep everything in great shape for everyone!

Guest Access

We will give you the access code to the Key lock box to gain entry into the house. Although the house has a security alarm system there is absolutely no reason to use it as it is extremely private and safe.

Find us

You will need a car (4 x wheel drive in winter) to get around. Uber does not really work in the area. Local car services are : available and listed in the house guide book. The closest public transportation is Rosendale Trailways.
